Q. How many passengers can you comfortably accommodate in your vehicle?
A. We can comfortably accommodate groups from 2 persons to 27 persons. Q. What is your company's policy regarding tour cancellations? A. A minimum of one day is required for cancellation. Q. What do you charge for children? A. Children under five years are free. Q. Do you have to make a deposit ahead of the tour? A. It is not mandatory that you do, but if you want to, you can do so through paypal. OR you can pay with cash or travelers checks at the end of your tours. Q. Are there restaurants at the beaches? A. Yes there are restaurants at the beaches. Q. Who will be your driver/tour guide? A. Spiderman tours is a business offering a professional and quality service to all our clients. Q. Are the vehicles air conditioned or open air Safari bus?
A. We have both air condition vans and open air Safari buses. Q. Will we be picked up/dropped off at the same location? A. Yes, you will be picked up at the ship and drop off at the ship, unless indicated other wise. Your driver will have a sign that reads SPIDERMAN ISLAND TOURS. For those that are tendered, the location will be where the tender drops you off. Q. Are there any water sports at the beach? A. You can rent various water sport equipment at any one of the beaches, including jet skis, para-sailing, snorkeling etc. Q. Is there duty free shopping in Charlotte Amalie? A. Yes, we have the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean! Q. Will our purchases be safe in the vehicle when we are at the beach? A. Yes, we lock them in the front of the vehicles. Q. Are your vehicles non-smoking? A. All vehicle are non-smoking once the tour begins. Q . Have anyone on your tour ever missed the ship? A. No. |
